1. About Transistech Academy

Transistech Academy is the kids' coding and robotics division of Learn in Depth, a registered Egyptian educational company operating since 2019. We provide programming, robotics, and AI courses for children aged 8–16.

2. Services Provided

  • Online and offline coding courses for children aged 8–16
  • Interactive learning sandboxes (Python, Maze, Robotics, Circuit Lab, Arduino)
  • Hardware kits for hands-on robotics education
  • Certificates of completion with verification
  • Educational blog content

3. Registration & Accounts

  • Accounts must be created by a parent or legal guardian (18+)
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • One account per student; multiple students require separate registrations
  • You agree to provide accurate and truthful information

4. Booking & Payments

  • Deposit: A 30% deposit (minimum 1,500 EGP) is required to reserve a seat
  • Full payment: Remaining balance due before the first session
  • Payment methods: Online via Kashier (Visa, MasterCard, Meeza, Fawry, wallets)
  • Invoices: Electronic invoices are sent to your registered email after payment
  • Prices: All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes

5. Refund Policy

  • Before first session: Full refund of all amounts paid
  • After first session: No refund (you may reschedule to a future group)
  • Hardware kit: Non-refundable once shipped/delivered
  • Refund requests: email transistechacademy@gmail.com

6. Class Schedule & Attendance

  • Group sizes are limited (max 8–10 students per group)
  • Schedules are communicated upon booking confirmation
  • Missed classes: recordings provided for online groups; no refund for absence
  • We reserve the right to reschedule if minimum enrollment is not met

7. Intellectual Property

  • All course content, curriculum, and materials are owned by Learn in Depth
  • Students may keep their own projects and code created during courses
  • Recording or redistributing class sessions is prohibited

8. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

  • Share login credentials with others
  • Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or admin areas
  • Use the platform for any purpose other than education

9. Limitation of Liability

Transistech Academy provides educational services "as is." We are not liable for:

  • Technical issues beyond our control (internet outages, device failures)
  • Results or outcomes from applying learned skills
  • Third-party payment gateway issues

10. Communication

By registering, you agree to receive:

  • Transactional emails (booking confirmations, invoices, password resets)
  • Class schedule updates and reminders
  • Important service announcements

We do NOT send marketing spam. You can unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cairo.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
