We collect information you voluntarily provide when booking a course or creating an account:

  • Parent/Guardian info: Full name, email address, phone number
  • Child info: First name, age, school grade
  • Payment info: Payment reference numbers (processed securely by Kashier payment gateway — we do NOT store card numbers)
  • Usage data: Progress in sandbox activities, assignment completion

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Process course bookings and payments
  • Send booking confirmations and payment invoices via email
  • Track student progress and generate certificates
  • Communicate class schedules and important updates
  • Improve our educational content and platform

4. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except:

  • Kashier: Payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant)
  • Gmail SMTP: Sending transactional emails (invoices, confirmations)
  • Legal requirements: If required by Egyptian law

5. Data Security

  • All connections are encrypted with SSL/TLS (HTTPS)
  • Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms
  • Payment data is handled by PCI-DSS certified Kashier gateway
  • Database access is restricted to authorized administrators only

6. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

We take children's privacy seriously:

  • We do NOT collect personal data directly from children under 13 without parental consent
  • All student accounts are created through parental/guardian registration
  • Children's activity data is only used for educational progress tracking
  • Parents can request deletion of their child's data at any time
